I am from the Hawaiian island Lanai. As long as I can remember, the beach and ocean have been a huge part of my life. I was raised going to the beach with family every weekend and I still enjoy going often. Over time, I have beach combed and enjoyed collecting seashells. More recently, I've been starting to dive for shells. I don't believe in picking anything live.
